Requirements for submissions
If you want to successfully submit a lecture or poster, you need to register to the conference first. Only after you have applied, it is possible for you to submit your contribution and upload further documents. If your submission has not been accepted, you can cancel your registration up to January 31st, 2016, and receive back your payments, as fas as they have already been made.
Please note: The program committee expects the speakers of the submissions to transfer their payments of the participation fee until the specified date (see navigation / deadlines). Should you not have paid your fee, your lecture cannot be taken into account in the program or in the conference material.

You need to submit a short abstract until the submission deadline by means of this congress system. Otherwise, your lecture cannot be taken into account.
The programme committee asks all speakers to make their complete presentation available by uploading them within the integrated congress management system.
Irrespectively, the DKG will try to make available to the speakers a preview room where the contributions can be transferred to a computer from a USB stick.
Presentations
The only possible program for presentation is Microsoft Power Point (from version 2003 and newer) for Windows.
Please note the incompatibilites between Macintosh and Windows operating systems!
Video clips must be integrated into the presentations. There will be beamers in all lecture venues. According to the information currently available, the speakers won’t be able to connect their own laptops to the beamers.
Liability
The DKG or the organizers and employees assigned by the DKG assume no liability for personal injuries, property damages and / or financial losses being caused by the participation in the activities and events.
