The submitted posters (see thematic focus) can be presented to the jury on Monday, 7th March, 2016 (Terra Mineralia / Schloss Freudenstein, Schlossplatz / D - 09599 Freiberg). After the presentation, there will be an on-site-visit by the jury and all particpants of the competition, within the framework of an evening get-together (7th March, 2016, 7pm). The presence of the poster-authors is required.

Requirements for the participation in the contest:

• The poster presentation must be in English and must be performed within a time frame of exactly 2 minutes, with a maximum of 2 presentation slides, which also have to be written in English.
• Please submit a short abstract in advance, with a maximum of 1.500 characters (written by a maximum of 6 authors). The short abstracts can only be submitted through our website: www.2016.dkg.de
• Structure: title, scientific issue, methodology, results
• Format: DIN-A0, vertical
              841 mm (33,11“) wide x 1189 mm (46,81“) high
• All posters have to be brought to the conference by their authors. The author has to attach the poster personally, and is also asked to kindly remove it after the conference.
• All presentation slides have to be submitted by Friday,
  26th February 2016, noon (12 pm), only through www.2016dkg.
• Otherwise, the submission of the poster unfortunately can not be taken into account for the competition.
