Participation Fees
- Plenary speakers, Keynote speakers and participants in the Hans-Walter Hennicke Lecture Competition: Please register by your applicable participation fee. After an internal review, your invoice amount will be modified internally by the DKG, according to the agreements.
- Free cancellation deadline: until Jan. 31st, 2016, only via
congress@dkg.de
From Feb. 1st, 2016, a 100% cancellation fee must be paid, with the possibility of naming a substitute participant. - ** discount rates (... from the 2nd participant)

Remarks
* German VAT of 19 % is not payable for residents outside of Germany, but within the
European Union, when stating a valid non-German VAT identification number on
registration.
** The discount only applies if all participants are employed in the same university,
research or educational institution, or in the same company.

(1) Only with a valid DKG / DGM / ECerS membership number.
(2) Upon presentation of a valid proof of retirement or unemployment.
(3) Associated with the receipt of payment is a one-year non-recurring DKG membership
until one day before the next DKG Annual meeting for individual participants. Your
personal benefits are: Participation in the DKG network, free delivery of the DKG
journal "cfi/Ber. der DKG”, and participation in all DKG events at reduced rates.
(4) Upon presentation of a valid student ID.
(5) Booth personnel - have to be booked as a regular participant / Services: 1 table
(L 140 cm x W 70 cm), 2 chairs - 300 EUR (gross); optional electricity: 230 V, 50 Hz -
